This Gaucho Steak Seasoning is inspired from Argentina where this seasoning is famous!
Rub it on whilst grilling or frying steaks and you'll be adding herbaceous blast that will get your mouth watering in no time.
Apply an even coating and use at approx 3-5% meat weight.
When making your burgers again add it to your meat at a ratio of 3-5% or to taste.
This seasoning can also be mixed with olive oil and lemon to make a chimichurri dressing.
