Details

Make your own traditional Pork Pie with our special Pork Pie Curing Salts and Seasonings. The pack comes with 200g of the seasoning and a 200g pack of the cure and full instructions for both curing the meat and making a hot crust pastry. The cure will make a traditional 'pink' pie. Use at the rate of 11grams of each per kg of meat.

Pork pie seasoning
I brought one of these kit a while ago and have just made a 2lb pork pie and a 1lb gala pork and egg pie. I used a gelatin sachet and a ham stock cube to make the jelly, I also followed your enclosed information, and I must admit it is on par with my local butchers pies. Congratulations.
