Product Details 

This is a simple but excellent kit that includes everything you will need to make your own black pudding. The mix includes dried pigs blood, seasoning, oats which is blended together from a superb recipe from our Scottish friends. 

Also included are natural Beef-Runners which is the casing the black pudding mix is filled into. This makes an authentic black pudding that is approximately 40/43mm wide. As this is a natural casing you will also get that beautiful curve on the end product. 

Included in this kit is:

- 2 x 1kg Black Pudding Mix.

- 1 x 15metre Natural Beef Runner 40/43mm.

- Full Recipe and instructions to make Black Pudding.

All in all enough to make 20lbs of Black Pudding. Simply add hot water and suet fat.

Just about to order a 2nd kit.Tastes fantastic,easy to make.Had to use parcel string to tie the links,the first batch I used butchers twine but the wax meant it came off some links. Review by colin / (Posted on 08/02/2020)
Superb
Tried this for the first time recently and it’s superb, as good as any I’ve tasted. Easy to mix and stuff the casings. We used the beef runners/casings and had plenty to ‘play with’. We did find it difficult to link the black puddings as the beef runners are slightly thicker than the sheep or hog casings we are used to so tied them with kitchen string.
