The Original Stovetop Smoker has a little brother. This mini stovetop smoker is ideal starting place for those wanting to start hot smoking their own produce. This smoker will create delicious hot smoked dishes with the minimum of effort. About half the size of the Camerons Stovetop Smoker, this is a great portable smoker for use out and about on a BBQ, on a makeshift fire or indoors on your kitchen stove.
The smoker comprises a stainless steel tray with fold-away handles which remain heat free into which flavoured wood chips are placed, a drip tray sits directly above the smoker base and a wire rack on which your food is arranged. A stainless steel slide-on lid seals the unit.
The Mini Smoker uses a hot smoking process whereby food is cooked in smoke flavour generated by specially developed grain-size wood chips when exposed to a heat source directly below.
