This Burger mix features fried onion, sage, parsley and white pepper which all come together to give a moreish burger that is bursting with flavour.

This is an excellent burger mix designed to give your Chicken burgers a real lift. The herbs of sage and parsley compliment the chicken beautifully and the white pepper gives a kick with the constant oniony flavour running through the burger.
This mix makes a 5kg (10lb) batch of burgers and works a treat with chicken or turkey.
