- Pleased with the versatiliy of the meat press mould
- We use this to make a Danish lunchmeat called Rolepolse where you take the stomach of a sheep to use as a casing and then "roll up" a spiced meat mixture inside. The mold is then used to press the Rolepolse into a meat-loaf shape. We also use this to brine chicken breasts in the refrigerator prior to grilling. The mold helps us to brine many chicken breasts in a small area at one time. Love it.
