Last Order Dates for Christmas Delivery


To ensure you get your order in time for Christmas, order your Weschenfelder goodies by:

16th December 2020 (Mainland UK)

15th December 2020 (Highlands & Islands)

14th December 2020 (Ireland)

The next day delivery option will still be available at checkout however due to the overload of parcels couriers are expecting over this period we simply cannot guarantee that it will be with you the next working day. Your order however will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 1pm. 

We will also continue to ship to mainland Europe through the festive period. Delivery times do vary from country to country and can take longer in busy periods. Please contact us if you have any queries about delivery to your country.

To ensure you get regular updates on your parcels, please leave your mobile number when ordering. You will then receive texts from DHL to keep you in the loop.

Please note: orders placed during busy periods may be subject to a longer lead time and we cannot guarantee delivery within the above time zone. Christmas Returns


As we realise over the festive period many of our products are gifts, we are extending are return period to 28 days. Returns of 28 days are valid for purchases made between the 17th November 2020 and 1st January 2021. You can return parcels by notifying us on 01642 241395 or by e-mailing kate@weschdirect.co.uk. All goods must be returned unused, in their original state, and in the original packing to Weschenfelder Direct Ltd at 10 Copeland Court, Riverside, Middlesbrough TS2 1RN. Returns should always include a copy of your original invoice with your name and address clearly shown, and a short explanatory note with reasons for the return.

Goods to be returned for reasons that are not the fault of Weschenfelder Direct are returned at your own risk and cost, but we will refund the original invoice including the original carriage. We can also arrange a collection of the goods if this is required.

Please note we cannot accept returns of food-stuffs or casings if their protective packaging has been opened.
