Complete Salt Beef Cure.  This is an easy to use cure that will produce an excellent Salt Beef / Pastrami that keeps its colour & produces a traditional style superb end product.  Use instead of Saltpetre....contains both the Nitrite Salt & regular Salt.

Simply mix to a Brine Ratio of 95.16% Water to 4.84% Cure. Mix well , then add your own spices, brown sugar ......boil & once cooled pour over the Beef & leave to cure in the fridge. After 5 days remove from the cure and wash well under cold water,then gently cook for upto 3 hours & before its even finished you will be as proud as punch !!
