We have just added this fantastic fully stainless steel manual mincer to our range. It is a number 8 mincer & is slightly smaller than the classic No.10 but is ideal for anyone starting out either mincing small batches of meat or who wants to experience the fun of making their own batches of sausages.Made completely in Stainless Steel by Trespade of Italy it is a beautifully engineered piece of kit that is built to last a lifetime. Easy to work it can be quickly taken apart & cleaned in a dishwasher. It is supplied with two nozzles which enable the mincer to also be used as a sausage filler. It is supplied with a 6mm stainless steel plate & knife along with an extra c/s 10mm plate that can be used for very coarse cuts or for putting sausage meat back through when using as a stuffer. If you are just starting out ..or want to make small batches of sausages....then the No.8 Manual Mincer is the ideal introduction to Home Sausage Making !......or if you just want to mince your own meat then this quality little mincer is a pleasure to work. To make sausages with the No.8 Mincer you mince the meat first....the add the seasonings, breadcrumbs etc......& mix well. Remove the knife from the mincer, then insert the 10mm plate & put one of the nozzles through the front screw. Shire some casings over the nozzle leaving about an inch hanging over the end.....then put the sausage meat back through the mincer & fill into the casings !
