The Bradley Smoker offers the user the ability to automatically roast,smoke & barbeque outdoors. It will coldsmoke & hotsmoke with complete control over the cooking temperature....& will generate a clean smoke for as long or as short a time as you wish. Once set in operation you can forget it.....& the taste is out of this world !!

The Bradley uses Wood Bisquettes.....which are available in a variety of woods including Alder,Apple,Cherry,,Hickory,Maple,Oak, & Pecan.Simply select your wood-bisquette which each smoke for 20 minutes  before being extinguished in the water bowl and  replaced automatically by the next Bisquette.
