The Inox 8  Electric 220/50 Mincer is the same size & operates to the same capacity as the El Young No.8 Mincer but is made completely in Stainless Steel . This mincer has proved to be really popular with Restaurants where it has earned an excellent reputation as being reliable,efficient,& hard-working...as well as a really well engineered machine.

The Inox 8'' is supplied with a 6mm stainless steel plate & knife....along with two nozzles & a 10mm plate that enables the Mincer to also be used for making your own sausages. 

To make sausages with the Inox 8 Mincer you mince the meat first....then add the seasonings,breadcrumbs etc......& mix well. Remove the knife from the mincer , insert the 10mm plate & put one of the nozzles through the front screw. Shire some casings over the nozzle leaving about an inch hanging over the end.....then put the sausage meat back through the mincer & fill into the casings !

We also have available a range of different sized Number 8 Plates ....including 4.5mm (fine mince or for making Pate) & 8mm (coarse ),12mm & 14mm.
