Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced sausage maker we have everything you need to make real quality sausages at home. If you don’t already have a mincer then we have a range to suit every budget from the Classic No. 10 Hand Mincer to Electric Mincers such as the El Young No.8 which will make light-work of large quantities. All these Mincers come with a set of nozzles as standard so you can use the Mincer to then stuff sausages. Once you get going you can make larger batches using our Minnie-Plus Little Demon with its rapid re-load gear system it is by far the best, and by far the most beautifully engineered sausage stuffer on the British market.  “It completely exceeded my expectations, a fantastic machine", is the compliment we routinely get for the Minnie-Plus Little Demon. We have the largest range of casings for all types of sausage…and can offer advice on the best casing for whatever type of sausage you want to make. For the complete beginner the Home Pack Hog Casings are perhaps the easiest to use, but all our casings are now also available pre-spooled (on rods) making them easier-than-ever to use. We manufacture and grade all our own casings, and our Casing Factory has British Retail Consortium Accreditation to Higher Level….with full traceability on all our products.
