The No.12 Mincer lies mid-way between the No.8 Mincers and Elegant No.22.It is a superb Italian made mincer and is a real sturdy little work-horse! Ideal for small-holders, Farmers, restaurants, or home producers with a side of pork, beef or several deer to process, but not enough to justify a bigger machine. It will mince 3lbs of meat per minute and comes complete with a spare knife, two plates and a set of nozzles for sausage making. Single phase 0.5HP Motor 220/V50Hz Weight 12kg Overall dimensions 24x47x39 To make sausages with the Elegant 160/12 Mincer you mince the meat first....then add the seasonings, breadcrumbs etc......& mix well. Remove the knife from the mincer, then insert the 10mm plate & put one of the nozzles through the front screw. Shire some casings over the nozzle leaving about an inch hanging over the end.....then put the sausage meat back through the mincer & fill into the casings !
