The D-250 electric slicer is slightly bigger and slightly heavier duty than the D-195. Again a good machine for home or light commercial use, that is significantly cheaper than commercial alternatives. It is ideal for home cured bacon, hams, cooked beef, salamis and other dried sausage. It has a 10"/25cm blade & will slice effortlessly either wafer thin up to a maximum of 15mm thickness. It is a fine well manufactured piece of equipment that is belt driven with a 140W motor & built in anodised aluminium with dimensions of 480x365x320mm and weighs 14kg. |
