Authentic Toulouse Seasoning from France to produce a typical fresh pork sausage from Southern France.
As with the Merguez Seasoning this sausage is made without the addition of any Rusks or Breadcrumbs and would be an ideal sausage for anyone wanting to make a Gluten -free sausage. Use at the rate of 35grams per kg of meat. The pack includes all you need apart from the meat. It does not contain any preservatives and any sausage must be either used or frozen within 3 days.
