Author Paul Peacock runs a series of Courses for folk wanting to start out making sausages on a small scale, plus a whole range of other courses based on ''the Good Life'' including Sausage Making , Bee Keeping, Bread Making etc!. Paul is the author of a series of best selling books including ' The Sausage Book ' and ' The Smoking and Curing Book ' as well as editing the popular magazine ' Home Farmer '.
