Organic Bread Crumb

Produced by Ripon Select Foods we now have fully certified Organic Bread Crumb available in small pack sizes. Made with Organic Wheat this bread is dried before being ground to a fairly coarse texture similar to that produced at home. Designed specifically for sausage making this crumb not only gives the sausage a nice even texture but also absorbs and retains moisture resulting in a more succulent end product.

This 1.13kg bag (2.5lbs) is sufficient for at least a 20lb batch of sausage. See Regular Rusk for further details.
