The Gluten Free Honeyroast Mix contains Dried Potato Flake and Brown Soya Mince to substitute the Rusk or Bread Crumbs that are normally used in British style sausages and are complete with added seasonings and herbs. Each 1.362kg pack is sufficient for a 9.07kg (or 20lb) batch of sausage…. all you need add is meat and water.
