Gluten Free American Burger Mix
This is the first of a new range of Gluten Free Burger mixes that we are introducing for the summer of 2010.
The American Gluten Free Burger Mix uses Dried Potato Flake and Ground Rice to substitute for the rusk/wheatflour normally used as a binder, along with salt, pepper and spices to make a superb American style burger. Each 340gram pkt will make 10lbs of burgers.
