Frying Thermometer
Frying thermometers incorporating a Ø50mm dial and a pointed, stainless steel stem avbailable in two options - Ø4 x 150 or 300mm stem length. These frying thermometers indicate temperature over the range of 0 to 300°C in 10°C divisions.
The frying thermometer should be inserted in the thickest part of the meat to obtain the most accurate temperature recording.
The frying thermometer dial is clearly marked for meat, poultry, fish and chips.
