Dust settles after busy week !


The dust has finally settled after a manic seven days ! I think we over-did it last week organizing both the Professional Salami Course in Leeds City College on the Wednesday and then straight down to the Midland Game Fair where we had a stand over the weekend.  Rob and Colin got back at midnight on Sunday but were both back in the office on Monday morning at 8.30 am ! Both the course and the show went well, and we've spent the week catching up and following leads. Nice to be busy !
