This pack contains everything you need to make your own Salami. We have included a Curing Salt that has been produced specifically for non-cooked dry cured products such as Salami or Chorizo,  packed in 1kg bags the usage rate is 28g per kilo.  Also included is a Parmanello Italian Salami Seasoning(15g per kilo), plus a pack of Bessastart Culture(0.6g per kilo)..that 'kick-starts' the whole process of fermentation & maturation. Also 3 Mtrs Beef Middle Casings .
