These Collagen Red 28mm casings are ideal for a typical Saveloy Sausage. 45Mtr pack 3 x 15.24mtr strands.
Collagen Casings or ‘artificial' casing are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 15 metres of sausage!! Simply cut a section and place over the nozzle of your stuffer. Each pack contains 3 x 15mtr Rods… and provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely.
