Collagen Casings or ‘artificial' casing are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 15 metres of sausage!! Simply cut a section and place over the nozzle of your stuffer. Each pack contains 5 x 15mtr Rods… and provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely.
