CLA Game Fair Bleinham Palace


It was great to be at the CLA Game Fair last weekend, in fact we have only just recovered !  We met so many old customers , friends and new folk interested in sausage making , the only trouble is that we were so busy that the whole event is now one big blur in my memory ! In  these diificult economic times making your own products with surplus Game and other meats is plain common sense and from what people said there are obviously freezer loads of meat out there just waiting to be turned into sausages and burgers !  It does seem that whilst you can struggle to give away surplus game meats,  if you turn it into Venison or Game Sausages you'll have a queue of people wanting it !!
