Butchery Courses at Lishman's of Ilkley North Yorks

 Master Butcher David Lishman of Lishman's Butchers of Ilkley  has started doing a series of Butchery Courses  that have been highly recommended to us and after overwhelming demand has introduced a new course for 2012  'Sausage Making and Bacon Curing'.
