The Bradley Smoke Generator
The Bradley Smoke Generator is available ,complete with adaptor, seperately & allows you to retrofit almost any small structure into a smoke house !!
The unit cosists of two parts. The Smoke Generator is identical to that supplied with the S/S Smoker .....however, where the lugs would attach to the cabinet they instead attach to the face plate of the adaptor. The picture shows the Generator lugged onto the face-plate of the adaptor,& the adaptor collar can also be seen. When fitted,the wall of the smoke-house structure fits between the face-plate & the collar & is intended to remain in place permanently while the Generator can be easily removed when not in use.
The unit uses the Bradley Flavoured Bisquettes.
1 x Variety Pack is supplied with the machine.
An ideal structure might be an old chest freezer...stood upright. !!?
A blueprint to build your own smokehouse is included with the unit.
