Please specify hole size in the comments box on the order form. We have in stock the following; 4.5mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 10mm, & 16mm. (As a general rule 4.5mm is classified as 'fine' , 6.0mm as 'medium' , & 8.00mm as 'coarse' , with 10mm for 'salami' .)

The S/S No.12 Plates will also fit the Classic No.10 Manual Mincers. If buying S/S Plates always use in conjunction with a S/S Knife.
