Packed in 1kg the usage rate is at 28g per kilo . Also included is a Parmanello Italian Salami Seasoning(15g per kilo),plus a pack of Bessastart Culture(0.6g per kilo)..that 'kick-starts' the whole process of fermentation & maturation.Also 5 x Beef Middle Casings 40cm clipped & looped ready for filling !
