Collagen 28mm casings is the Collagen equivalent of a Hog Casing. Ideal for a ‘Cumberland’ style sausage… or thick Pork or Game style sausage. Collagen Casings or ‘artificial' casing are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 9 metres of sausage!! Simply cut a section and place over the nozzle of your stuffer. Each pack contains 5 x 9mtr Rods… and provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely.
