Collagen 23mm casings is the collagen casing equivalent of a ‘wide’ Sheep Casing. Ideal for a Breakfast type sausage, or premium sausage using Pork, Beef or Game. Collagen Casings or ‘artificial 'casings are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 9 metres of sausage!! Simply cut a section and place over the nozzle of your stuffer. Each pack contains 5 x 9mtr Rods… and provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely.
