This machine is extremely simple to use and slick in its operation. It is operated by means of a hand-lever...........place a 'ball' of Burger-meat on to the plate .........pull the lever & the Burger is formed in the 'well'.........when the lever is pushed up the Burger is at the same time raised out of the well enabling the user to slide it off.....quickly add a Burger disc from the disc dispenser & be ready in seconds for the next burger.!
This is a well engineered machine that is a pleasure to operate & easy to clean down.
It is available either as a 4'' press....or a 5'' press. Please state in the comments box which size you would prefer.
