Cured in salt and packed into a sealed plastic bucket…. our ‘Butcher Pack' contains enough casings to make approx. 400lbs of sausage.…..& are ideal for Farm Shops & Butchers. These Hogs are graded to 32/34mm wide & make a superb Cumberland or Lincolnshire style sausage. They are also ideal for Boerewors, Bratwurst or Chorizo. All our Hog Casings are prepared from Prime British Hog (Pork) Casings and are carefully selected and graded by our team of skilled staff. Each length of casing is water tested, graded, & finally cured in salt. British Hog Casings are strong in the filling but much more tender on the palate than most imported Hog. If you have a particular requirement do contact us and you can be sure we will be able to produce the perfect casing to meet your exact requirements.
