The Digital Bradley Smokers are the latest additions to the Bradley range. Smoking enthusiasts who want even finer control over the smoking process will love the two models that have just arrived in the UK.  The digital programming allows control over the cabinet temperature,the cooking time,plus a sperate control for the length of smoking time.

The front exterior of both models has a painted brushed steel look,the internal surfaces are in stainless steel. As with the Original Bradley Smokers the cabinets are insulated.

The Bradley extra racks & jerky racks will fit the new models as well as the Original & S/S models. 

The essential difference between the models is the capacity. The four rack has a capacity of 76 litres....while the six rack has a massive capacity of 108 litres.......the 4 rack & 6 rach are both now available for immediate despatch.
