The main barrel is Stainless Steel and will hold up to 6lbs of mix and is 55cm long including the nozzel as shown. It has a new gearing system, which enables the user to release the plunger for really quick and easy re-filling. It is ideal for the home sausage maker… or restaurant wanting to make a Gourmet sausage. It is provided with two clamps to secure to a worktop. It is supplied with three nozzles enabling you to produce every type of sausage from Chipolatas through to Cumberland, Boerewors, Chorizo, Salami, and even Black Puddings and Haggis! The main barrel unslots easily and can be washed in a dishwasher.
