A pure Morrocan Seasoning that will produce a mildly spiced, richly aromatic arabic sausage.We have imported this seasoning from a Morrocan friend living & producing Merquez Sausage in Brussels ! The seasoning contains Paprika & the finished sausage has a wonderful colour reminisant of the type of sausage you see on holiday in the South of Spain.
Use at the rate of 18g per 1 kilo of meat 50% lamb and 50% beef.
