Collagen 19mm casing will produce a small ‘cocktail’ type sausage… similar to a Nurnberger German Sausage. This is about as thin as you can get and your mix will need to be of a ‘fine’ texture! Collagen Casings or ‘artificial casing are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 9 metres of sausage!! Simply cut a section and place over the nozzle of your stuffer. Each pack contains 5 x 9mtr Rods… and provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely.
