New for 2008 we have added our Sheep Casing 18/20mm to the range of casings we have available through the web-site.  The 18/20 mm casing is ideal for small Chipolata sausages & other speciality sausages that require a thin casings. We recommend a thin 10mm nozzle for filling. We also have available a 16/18mm casing & can spool them onto rods if required....ideal for 'Catherine Wheel' type presentation with a skewer holding the finished sausage together.

Packed in a Vacuum Pouch with 40 Mtrs per pack they have a four month shelf life.
