Mod.5 Rosso Sausage Stuffer

The Professional Mod.5 Horizontal Stuffer is similar to the De Luxe Mod.5 with the exception that the sides, or housing, are in Carbon Steel & painted in the traditional Trespade deep red. The main barrel is in Stainless Steel as is the base and shoulder. This is an ideal machine for someone wanting to start a small scale production….. or if you make a lot of sausage for home use! The 5 litre machines are slightly more robust than the 3 Litre….. they have a 10lb capacity and a two gear system… they also have a ‘shoulder’ screw-on brace for the nozzles. The Stuffer is supplied with four different sized nozzles of 10, 20, 30 and 40mm.

As with all the Trespade machines this is a high quality well engineered product that continues to be manufactured in Torino in Northern Italy with all the attention to detail we have come to expect !
