The mincer has a suction-system for clamping to the worksurface & a choice of two plates for different grades of mince....plus a nozzle for making sausages. Ideal for small batches of home-made minced beef or pork...or for mincing Pheasant Breasts,Rabbits,or Chicken ready for burgers .
