This Classic 10 Manual Mincer is in a class of its own......made completely in Stainless Steel it is a beautifully engineered piece of kit that is built to last a lifetime. Easy to work it can be quickly taken apart & cleaned in a dishwasher. It is supplied with two nozzles which enable the mincer to also be used as a sausage filler. It is supplied with a 6mm stainless steel plate & knife along with an extra 10mm plate that can be used for very coarse cuts or for putting sausage meat back through when using as a filler . If you are just starting out ..or want to make small batches of sausages....then the Classic 10 is the ideal introduction to Home Sausage Making !......or if you just want to mince your own meat then the Classic 10 is what it says....''a classic''! To make sausages with the Classic 10 you mince the meat first....the add the seasonings,breadcrumbs etc......& mix well. Remove the knife from the mincer , insert the 10mm plate & put one of the nozzles through the front screw. Shire some casings over the nozzle leaving about an inch hanging over the end.....then put the sausage meat back through the mincer & fill into the casings !
