Our full range of Hog (Pork) Casings are now available on incredibly easy-to-use plastic rods…… they are ‘ready-spooled’ so all you have to do is soak them in warm water….. then slide them straight from the rod onto the nozzle of your sausage-machine!! No more fiddling around looking for the ends….. the whole process takes seconds!” Each rod has five yards of casings….. and they are all available with eight rods per pack….. in two convenient Vacuum Pouches….. cured in salt and will keep for a minimum of three months. We produce all our own Hog Casings using casing from prime British pigs. The Ready Spooled Hog Casings will produce a really fine looking ‘Cumberland’ or ‘BBQ’ type sausage.
